I didn’t receive a tracking number when I made my International order. Why?

Not all international orders are awarded a tracking number. Our sincere apologies for this. However, you can refer to our charts for the estimated shipping time for the package to get to your location. Normally, it takes between 15-20 working days.

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

When sending or receiving money online, PayPal is the easier and safer way. You will be linked to the PayPal site where you can make payments if you opt to use PayPal for the payments.

You can use PayPal to buy items via Credit Card (Discover, MasterCard, American Express, and Visa), E-check (like using your normal Bank Account) or Debit Card.

Do you ship worldwide?

Currently, we are able to ship to more than 185 countries. There are some areas that we have not yet been able to ship to. In the event that you live in any of these areas, we will get in touch and advice.

What is the packaging process?

We take caution to make sure that all items are packaged securely. If the order comprises of more than one package, it is possible that will arrive in separate packaging since they may have been dispatched from different warehouses.
