Cancellation of Orders
It is possible to cancel all orders before they are shipped. You can also cancel an order or make changes to your order within 12 hours from when you made the order. If you have received the shipping tracking code and the item has started the shipping process, then it is impossible to cancel the order. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a cancellation.
To guarantee customer satisfaction, we allow for refunds. The reason for requesting the refund does not matter.
You can request to have your money refunded if you do not receive your item within the promised delivery time of (45 days which includes the 2-5 working days for processing) you can also request to have your money refunded to you.
You can also request a refund if you receive an item which is not the same one you ordered for. If you’re still in need of the item, you can also request for a reshipment.
In the event that you receive the item you want but you would like to request a refund, it is possible. The item has to be returned with the shipping costs paid by the buyer and the item must be unused.
Other circumstances in which our buyers can request for a refund include:
- If the order did not arrive because of factors that are outside your control like in the case of providing an incorrect shipping address
- If the item you ordered did not arrive because of adverse factors not in control of MyTiesOnline.com which include not being cleared by customs or being delayed by the occurrence of a natural disaster.
- In other circumstances considered exception and not within the control of MyTiesOnline.com
Requests for refunds for items that are not delivered within the guaranteed period of delivery is possible within the first 15 days after the 45 days of guaranteed delivery. To start the process or seek assistance, you can get in touch with us through our contact page.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days. A credit will be applied to your credit card or the original mode of payment that you had opted for during the purchase.
